As a business, it is important to understand your clients.
In a Customer Lifestyle there are 5 Stages which can help gain customers, and to make them stay.
Here are the stages:
Reach
This is when the business attempts to reach out and make contact with potential clients. Usually, this happens through Social Media, Advertising, SEO and Word of Mouth.
Acquisition
After reach, the potential customers are then interested in your products which then means you can make the first official contact with them. It’s important to have good customer service and to show your availability, this shows your trust and reliance.
Conversion
Time to make the sale
This stage is important to make sure your team are sales trained, you must sell your service to the customer easily and efficiently.
Retention
When the sale has been made your job isn’t over. In short as a business representative do everything possible to maintain a good relationship with the customer. When completing this step there are new possibilities to gain new ones.
Loyalty
This is the last step, which we will call the goal.
To put it simply, you’ve: Gained a customer, completed the sale and provided excellent service.
If succeeded this is the best place to ask for feedback about their experience with your business. After this its a good opportunity for them spread their experience as a customer for your company.
